MINDSET

Re-align with your purpose, drive and motivation for acting. By going through these mindset exercises and journalling, your own personal relationship with your craft, what it means to you and why you want to act.

VOICE

Explore different vocal exercises, drawing mainly on the work of Cicely Berry. Strengthen your voice, release tension,  increase your vocal variety and maximise your voice as a powerful mode of expression.

MOVEMENT

Starting with your relationship to object and the space you will then go on to explore Laban's Eight Efforts, exploring movement as a means of expression and ways of transforming into a differnet character physically.

ACTING

Over the 6 weeks you will be exploring different approaches to acting through exercises from: Uta Hagen, Declan Donnellan, Stanislavski, Meisner and Yoshi Oida. By the end of the 6 weeks you will start to create more depth, reality and detail in your performances.

ONE TO ONES

Work with Keira with one session every week to coincide with the exercises you will have done and an extra session after you have completed the 6 weeks. In these sessions you will get detailed feedback on your work and you will go over your key learnings from the week.

2 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP

Get access to The Empowered Actors Studio Membership for 2 months. This means you will have access to 2 group sessions every week as well as guest teacher sessions every month. You will also get access to all of the resources the come with the membership.
